Transaid, the charity supported by the Chartered Institute of Logistics and Transport, benefitted from the Scottish Region's Annual Prize draw held at the 2008 Scottish Region Annual Dinner.
The Charity is marking it's 10th Anniversary this year and continues to improve access to basic services, like healthcare, and opportunities to make a living in many developing countries, mainly in Africa.
The Scottish Region Prize Draw was hosted by David Reid, the Scottish Regional Officer and the prize draw succeeded in raising a total of £1,510. This total was matched by DHL Exel Supply Chain taking the total amount to £3,020.
The Scottish Region would like to thank DHL Exel Supply Chain for their generosity.
