Margaret Roy, MCILT
Margaret is a Public Transport Officer with Perth & Kinross Council's Public Transport Unit, with responsibilities for the procurement, management and monitoring of education transport and local bus services within Perth City and South West Perthshire.
Prior to working for the Council, Margaret fulfilled an administrative role at Stagecoach Perth bus depot. Therefore has experienced both the private sector and public sector aspects of the bus industry. She has been a full member of CILT since 2002, subsequent to completing the CILT's Diploma in Transport and the Advanced Diploma in Transport.
Originally from the village of Kenmore in Perthshire, Margaret now lives in Perth. Although she resides in the area from where she belongs, Margaret is a keen traveller and spends most of her free time exploring the UK and the world at large.
