Marion Mackay, MA, MCILT
Joining the Planning Unit of Grampian Regional Council in the mid 1980's, Marion is now a Planning Officer in Aberdeenshire Council's Public Transport Unit, with responsibilities for Concessionary Travel and Community Transport.
Marion was formerly the Secretary of the Chartered Institute of Transport's Grampian & Tayside Discussion Group and is now the North-East Group Co-ordinator. Marion has also served on the Committee for a number of years.
Although originally from Spinningdale in Sutherland, Marion has lived in Aberdeen since studying at Aberdeen University for an MA, and is an Aberdeen Football Club season ticket holder. Marion is also interested in Cape Breton step dancing, despite, as Marion says "my lack of musical talent".
