Gerry Condron is a Past Chairman of the Scottish Region and lives in Largs with wife Maureen. They have 3 married sons with 4 young grandchildren.

Gerry moved to Largs, in 1965 when he joined IBM Greenock. He worked with IBM for 30 years, as a senior manager in IT and Materials Management, and latterly as a senior Management Consultant.

For the past 10 years he has been operating a small consultancy company "QuadrantCare" which focuses on business improvement and customer service. He enjoys helping organisations measure and improve their service to customers.

His interest in Logistics and Transport stems from his consultancy experience with many organisations, particularly Boots the Chemists where he managed several major supply chain projects, including one based in Hong Kong.

Gerry is closely involved with the planning and organization of the Scottish Region Annual Dinner and is a founder member of the "Old Logies Club" who meet up annually to discuss the ever-changing world of logistics, usually over a nice lunch and a bottle or two of wine.
